Harbour.Space Institute of Technology offers a unique work-study opportunity for an Applied Master’s degree in Data Science. This programme combines project-based academic learning with an industry internship as a Product Analyst, with all tuition costs covered through a scholarship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance cutting-edge technology products using rigorous analytical methods
  • Build performance metrics and automated monitoring systems
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights and innovative ideas
  • Conduct deep research and hypothesis-driven experiments
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive tools
  • Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and operational processes
  • Design incentive schemes and run cost-efficiency analyses
  • Continuously test and implement process improvements


Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in mathematics, physics, computer science, econometrics, or any strongly quantitative field
  • High-level understanding and rock-solid foundation in mathematics and statistics
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking
  • Ability to write complex SQL and handle large relational datasets
  • Proven experience in hypothesis testing and statistical validation
  • Excellent data visualization skills and ability to drive decisions from data
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • English B1 or higher (international team)


Apprenticeship Summary

  • Tuition: Full scholarship covering an Applied Master’s degree in Data Science
  • Internship: Approximately 6 hours/day on campus as a Product Analyst
  • Study Commitment: Approximately 3 hours/day for academic modules, plus additional independent coursework
  • Programme: Completion of 14 intensive project-based modules (each three weeks long) in one year
  • Talent Pool: Candidates may have the opportunity to connect with Harbour.Space’s industry partners for additional project and internship opportunities
