We are looking for an Incident Responder on behalf of our client. In this role, you will take a central position in developing cyber incident response capabilities and ensuring that complex security incidents are handled efficiently, professionally, and with long-term resilience in mind.
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in a similar function, ideally within large or security-sensitive environments. You have strong hands-on expertise in security incident handling, including experience with SIEM, SOAR, and incident response tools, and you understand how security processes integrate into business operations. A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, strong communication skills, independence, resilience under pressure, and the ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams are essential.
Our client offers a modern and forward-thinking work environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working options (including approx. 40% remote work), and excellent employment conditions with strong social benefits.
In this role, you will shape and refine CSIRT processes, manage high-impact incidents, collaborate with cyber defense analysts, penetration testers, and other specialists, and contribute to the strategic advancement of the security organization. You can expect freedom to implement your own ideas, targeted professional development opportunities, and a supportive culture that values expertise, ownership, and continuous improvement.
