Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Barcelona
hub and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, agile maturity, and
delivery excellence across multiple product teams. This role will be instrumental in
launching new product teams, fostering agile practices, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling teams to deliver high-value outcomes while continuously improving their ways of working. This position is central to building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and agility across the organization.
Ensure Delivery & Execution Support
o Be accountable for product delivery
o Managing of vendor/externals
o Remove impediments and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
o Ensure sprint goals are met and delivery timelines are respected.
o Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
loops.
Agile Facilitation & Coaching
o Guide teams in applying Scrum and other agile frameworks effectively.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews,
Retrospectives).
o Coach teams and individuals on agile principles and practices.
Internal
Team Launch & Enablement
o Support the setup and onboarding of new product teams.
o Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, processes, and mindset for
agile delivery.
o Launches fitting way of working for new Products or Programs, facilitating
and setting up ceremonies
o Foster psychological safety and team cohesion from the start.
Cross-Team Collaboration
o Coordinate across multiple teams to manage dependencies and shared
objectives.
o Facilitate alignment between product teams and business stakeholders.
o Support portfolio-level planning and synchronization.
Strategic Contribution
o Act as a change agent for digital transformation and agile adoption.
o Contribute to the evolution of agile practices and governance models.
Transparency & Reporting
o Ensure visibility of team progress, risks, and priorities.
o Use agile metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
o Promote transparency across ONEDigital and Business units
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in agile delivery, preferably in a multi-team environment.
* Proven experience in launching and scaling product teams.
* Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience working in digital transformation initiatives.
