Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, modification, testing, adaptation, implementation, and post-implementation support of short- and long-term software solutions aligned with business and technology needs
- Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software components.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling highly complex technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with the onshore team and operate in an Agile environment.
- Develop assigned user stories according to specifications and project standards.
- Ensure a high level of quality for all developments delivered.
- Provide clear and consistent progress reports to the team lead.
What We Are Looking For
- Expert in Java Backend (Spring Boot)
- Expert in Angular
- Expert in Microservices architecture
- Experience with Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Knowledge of UML, DevOps practices, IntelliJ, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Object Storage
- Autonomous and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
