Who are we? 

Pitch Tech is the creator of Betr — a next-generation super app for gaming. 

Our first product, Betr Picks, was developed in Cluj-Napoca. Since then, we’ve expanded our portfolio with Betr Arcade and our Social Sportsbook, with even more gaming experiences on the way — all seamlessly integrated into a single app. 

Today, we’re rapidly growing, approaching 1 million users and engaging an average of 50,000 users every day in US. 

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Manual QA to join our team and help ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of our casino and betting applications. In this role, you will test end-to-end gaming workflows, validate payments and transactions, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless player experience. 

What You’ll Do 

•      Define, implement, and own the end-to-end testing strategy for the product;
•      Execute manual tests on multiple mobile devices to validate functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across various operating systems and screen sizes;
•      Apply strong knowledge of QA concepts and processes, including test types, test levels, test strategy creation, test planning, test case design techniques, metrics reporting, risk identification and mitigation, and defect lifecycle management;.
•      Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios;
•      Establish and manage a regression test suite, ensuring ongoing coverage and scenario relevance;
•      Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to refine test scenarios, understand requirements, and ensure alignment across the delivery lifecycle;
•      Provide clear documentation, test reports, and insights that support informed decision-making and continuous product improvement;

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Manual QA testing;
• Hands-on experience testing casino or betting applications (major advantage);
• Good knowledge of casino workflows: registration, payments, bonuses, wallet logic;
• Solid experience in manual testing for mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
• Experience using bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development practices;
• Practical experience using test management tools and basic understanding of programming concepts;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
• Experience or strong interest in automation testing is an advantage;
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;
• Good command of written and spoken English - you'll be working with English speaking team;
