We are looking for a customer-focused professional experienced in B2C/B2B sales and project management who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across Asia, Japan, and the USA.


As an Account Manager for our European market‑research clients, this role focuses on handling inbound briefs and growing existing accounts, rather than making cold calls.


You will preparing quotes and feasibility checks, setting pricing for projects, managing client requests, anticipating needs, and identifying upsell opportunities from the bid stage through project launch, and cooperating with our EU and global operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality consumer data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for European market-research clients, strengthening relationships, and demonstrating value.


  • Handle inbound briefs, revive dormant accounts, and identify up- and cross-sell opportunities to grow wallet share.


  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotes and feasibility checks, including developing competitive pricing strategies.


  • Manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating with operations teams and stakeholders across Europe and Asia to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.


  • Proficient in analyzing market and client insights to refine sales strategies and improve products and services.


  • Collaborate with sales, research and operations teams to ensure high‑quality proposals and service delivery.


Requirements and Skills:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in growing existing accounts and driving revenue.


  • 5+ years of experience in market research, including a strong network in the EU market. Experience selling research services in Europe is highly preferred.


  • Deep understanding of market‑research methodologies, data analysis and insights generation, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.


  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills; adept at negotiating, presenting and collaborating across cultures and time zones. Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.


  • Strong project and time management abilities, able to juggle multiple bids and client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and CRM/Project‑management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com). Familiarity with survey or analytics platforms is advantageous.


  • Customer‑centric, proactive and results‑oriented, with the initiative to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team.


  • Experience collaborating with non-EU based team members in a global setting.

Working hours are not fixed and will vary depending on client needs.

We require flexibility with an 8-hour workday scheduled within the window of 08:00 to 21:00.
