Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Lead digital technology projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Lead innovation initiatives by exploring new digital marketing channels, technologies, or strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and vendor teams to align project goals with business objectives
  • Coordinate website management with agencies and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience across digital platforms.
  • Assess and recommend new digital tools and technologies that can enhance the bank's overall capabilities
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of digital platforms and tools to ensure they meet business needs and drive efficiency
  • Provide training and support to teams on new tools and technologies, ensuring effective usage
  • Ensure all digital tools and projects comply with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of services as per agreed terms
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all digital tools and processes
  • Create detailed project reports and updates for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes
  • Lead the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage the deployment of analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools to support data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the integration of automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure the successful implementation of mobile and web applications that support digital banking initiatives
  • Conduct research, link building, competitor analysis, and content creation to optimize search engine and app store visibility.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new digital features and functionalities to enhance the bank's digital services
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving the performance and user experience of digital channels


Requirments:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital technology implementation or a related field, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools, and automation technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies, and to monitor their performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, cybersecurity, and external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to adapt to evolving digital technology trends and platforms, with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • A strong focus on understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing strategies and deliver personalized experiences across digital channels.
