Project Manager – Industrial Automation (M/F)

We are working with an industrial company renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacture of custom automated systems. As part of strengthening its projects department, we are seeking a Project Manager capable of leading all stages of development—from the initial study phase to commissioning at the end customer's site.

Role Type: Permanent Contract
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the complete management of the projects entrusted to you: planning, budget monitoring, adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate the activities of the engineers and technical teams involved, ensuring the overall consistency of the project.
- Assess the resources needed based on the current project portfolio and adjust the planning as needed.
- To be the client's primary point of contact throughout the project cycle: monitoring progress, reporting, technical validation and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure the proper execution of the testing and commissioning phases at the customer site, in collaboration with the installation teams.
- Bring your technical expertise (mechanics, automation, electrotechnics) to solve the problems encountered.
- Working in synergy with the design office to ensure the reliability and sustainability of the solutions delivered .
Your profile
- Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical project management , ideally in the field of special machines, assembly lines or automated systems .
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, automation and electricity.
- Proficiency in project management tools and an ERP system .
- Very good level of German + good level of English and French .
