What Youโll Do
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to network and TV services.
- Support senior TAC engineers in troubleshooting incidents and providing timely solutions.
- Document cases and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and apply best practices in network monitoring and incident management.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Linux systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 or above).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
