Role: IT Support /System Engineer (for End User Computing Services)

Language requirement for position:
- Excellent proficiency in English and Swedish language good communication & Interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- L2 Knowledge on Windows 11, M365, VDI & Network.
- Basic Knowledge on Intune, Networking, Printers & MAC would be an additional advantage.
- HP Laptops & Desktops. MAC OS with minimal volume of support.
- Good Knowledge on ITSM, Incident & Request module process will be an added advantage.
Key Qualities / Skills Required:
- Windows 11, Desktop & Laptops, M365 Services. Basic knowledge on Network & Printer management. Good to have knowledge on MAC.
- SCCM & Microsoft Endpoint Management (MS Intune).
- Networking Basics : Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and remote connectivity tools.
- Incident Management Systems : Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, TopDesk
- Communication Skills : Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
- Time Management: Prioritizing multiple tickets and meeting SLAs.
- Microsoft Windows 11 Certification. ITIL would be an added advantage to understand the process.
