Key Responsibilities
Frontend Engineering
- Build and scale a modern React/TypeScript SPA using Vite for enterprise-grade applications
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components supporting complex user workflows and data visualization
- Develop reusable component libraries and design systems that scale across product areas
- Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals metrics
- Integrate with backend services through reliable API patterns and structured data contracts
- Work closely with backend teams to define service interfaces and real-time state management strategies
- Implement offline-first behaviors, error handling, and resilient UX patterns
- Contribute to frontend architecture and tooling direction
- Establish testing strategies using Playwright, Jest, and React Testing Library
- Ensure high code standards through TypeScript best practices, linting, and reviews
- Contribute to documentation and workflow improvements
- 3+ years of professional React development using hooks and modern component patterns
- 2+ years of production experience with TypeScript
- Experience building and deploying modern SPAs with Vite or comparable tooling
- React 18+, TypeScript, functional components, hooks
- State management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query
- Build tools: Vite, Webpack, ESBuild
- Testing: Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library
- Styling: CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or modern CSS frameworks
- Dev tools: Git, browser DevTools, performance profiling
- Basic familiarity with Python for backend collaboration
- Experience with real-time data visualization (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
- Exposure to security or enterprise-scale applications
- Accessibility and inclusive design principles (WCAG 2.1)
- Cloud/DevOps exposure (Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
