About the role

We are looking for a talented React Frontend Developer with 3-5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, user-friendly web applications that enhance our platform and improve the healthcare journey.

About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and autonomous Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role will focus on designing user interfaces and experiences for our product, which is currently moving from MVP to production-ready.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in ideating, creating mockups, refining designs, and collaborating closely with developers to bring designs to life.

The position requires the ability to work independently, think critically about design decisions, and ensure that all user-facing aspects of the product are polished and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

● Feature Ideation and Design: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ideate new features, design mockups, and iterate on design concepts to ensure a seamless user experience.

● Wireframes & Mockups: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features, refining them based on feedback, and ensuring that designs are ready for handoff to the development team.

● User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to ensure that all product features are intuitive and meet the needs of the end-users.

● Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, offering support throughout the development process.

● Design Ownership: Take full ownership of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the UI/UX aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.

● Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve the product’s design by gathering feedback from users and stakeholders, staying up-to-date with UI/UX trends, and suggesting improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs and work on feature-heavy products.

● Fast-Paced: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality designs with speed. Quickly adapting to changing priorities, and managing different tasks.

● Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of prototyping tools and design systems.

● Strong Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate directly with the product lead to deliver high-quality designs without needing constant oversight.

● Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and the product team to bring designs to life.

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving design challenges with innovative solutions.

● Industry Knowledge: Experience working on software products, especially in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise environments, is preferred.

Schedule:

  • 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Full remote
