Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters: cluster administration, Helm charts, networking/ingress, HPA/auto-scaling and operators.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD): secure releases, automated rollbacks and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform); configuration automation and secrets management.
• Perform Linux systems administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) and manage core networking components.
• Implement observability practices: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch; monitoring, alerting, dashboarding, SLO/SLI design and on-call participation.
• Manage containers and OCI images: Docker image hardening, vulnerability scanning and security best practices.
• Design and maintain high availability, load balancing and disaster recovery solutions.
• Operate and optimize distributed systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Nginx, CDN components, VMWare.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or IT Infrastructure roles in production environments.
• Strong Linux systems administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
• Expertise with Git and CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Operational knowledge of Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Nginx and distributed systems.
• Infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, high availability and disaster recovery concepts.
• Scripting or programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare).
• Preferred knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
