We are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our infrastructure and reliability team. As a SRE, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, scalability and performance of production systems, automating operations and improving reliability across our platforms. This position is ideal for engineers who are passionate about automation, monitoring and building reliable large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance and scalability of production systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and support monitoring, logging and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Automate operational workflows and routine maintenance using scripting or Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement best practices for system observability, fault tolerance and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal security, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in capacity planning and architecture reviews to support future growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in SRE, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proactive mindset focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with incident management platforms (PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
• Background in high-availability, security-critical or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of programming (Go, Java, or C#) for reliability-focused tools.
