The Opportunity: Drive Conversion and Customer Loyalty
We are seeking a Conversion-Focused and Empathetic Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for our critical customer acquisition and retention flows. Your primary responsibility will be transforming new leads into paying, loyal customers.
This is a high-impact role where you will directly influence core business metrics (CVR, LTV) by enhancing the entire end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless acknowledgment and education for both first-time and returning users abroad.
- What You'll Be Doing (High-Impact Focus)Define Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine the product strategy for user onboarding and conversion funnels, ensuring we remain the industry's best solution by adapting to the rapidly evolving global eSIM market.
- Be the Customer Voice: Conduct deep user research (interviews, surveys) and leverage quantitative analytics (Clarity & Google Analytics) to identify friction points, high-leverage problems, and validate hypotheses.
- Drive Execution: Structure and empower an Agile development team, guiding the product through the entire lifecycle, from discovery and detailed specification to launch, testing, and post-launch iteration.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Define, own, and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate (CVR), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Returning User Rate.
- Communicate & Influence: Serve as the product expert, translating complex market technologies and user feedback into clear priorities, ensuring buy-in across all audience levels.
- What You Must Bring (Core Qualifications)2+ year of hands-on experience as a Product Manager launching and scaling B2C products.
- Prior experience building and optimizing Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Web products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Product Analytics Platforms (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Fullstory).
- Strong analytical abilities: comfortable using data querying and analysis to drive measurable, actionable product decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing detailed user stories.
- A proven track record of directly impacting and improving a key metric (e.g., CVR, Retention, Engagement) in previous roles.
- Fluent English (required for global team collaboration).
- Bonus Points for (Great-to-Haves)Technical background (e.g., previous experience in Software Engineering, Data Analysis, or a relevant degree).
- Experience managing products that operate with multiple currencies and languages (highly relevant for a global travel product).
