What You Will Be Doing

• Create and manage product vision and roadmap.

• Analyze business unit needs, write user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Manage and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective processes.

• Gather and prioritize requirements through regular communication with different departments.

• Plan releases, manage user acceptance testing, and track success metrics.

• Stay updated on product development best practices and industry trends.

 You'll Be Great For This Role If

• At least 2 years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.

• Deep knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience working on B2B or enterprise applications.

• Experience in user story writing, backlog management, and sprint planning.

• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking (KPI, OKR).

• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Ability to test APIs (Postman, etc.).

• Automotive industry experience (plus).

• Experience working on enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM (plus).
