Machine Learning Engineer

One of our leading clients in the telecommunications and IT sector has asked us to help them find a Machine Learning Engineer to work remotely from any city within Argentina.

English Proficiency Level: Advanced (B2/C1)

Requirements:

• Solid experience in automation and development of Machine Learning algorithms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and their integration into solutions.
• Experience in anomaly detection for performance metrics and development of predictive models.
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including the development of chatbots and Generative AI (GenAI)-based solutions.
• Proven skills with search and analytics tools like OpenSearch.
• Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and build efficient data pipelines.
• Advanced English level to collaborate with international teams and document technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI and ML-based solutions to detect anomalies and predict trends in key performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain advanced chatbots and GenAI applications to enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Machine Learning and AI models into existing systems.
• Develop automated processes to optimize data monitoring and analysis.
• Ensure the performance and scalability of deployed models.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools to enhance current processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in Agile methodology environments.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and real-time processing.
