Senior Product Designer

We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a leading technology company specializing in network automation and virtualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and concept ideation to high-fidelity UI design and interactive prototyping,
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across all product lines,
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into clear design deliverables,
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to improve UX decisions,
• Produce information architecture, user flows, and wireframes for new features and modules,
• Contribute to UX documentation, component libraries, and style guidelines within Figma or similar tools,
• Partner with QA and Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design integrity,
• Mentor Associate Product Designers and foster a collaborative design culture,
• Continuously analyze user feedback and propose design improvements aligned with product vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, networking, or infrastructure platforms,
• Proven experience designing complex dashboards, observability systems, or automation tools,
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Framer, or similar),
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design,
• Experience building design systems and maintaining cross-platform UI consistency,
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS frameworks and how designs translate to front-end development,
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to present and justify design decisions clearly,
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with telecom, virtualization, or network management systems (NMS/EMS),
• Experience with data visualization, micro-interaction design, and workflow automation tools,
• Prior experience collaborating with Agile / cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment,
• Understanding of UI performance and scalability concerns in large-scale enterprise systems.
