- İşe alım, giriş ve işten çıkış resmi süreçlerinin takibi, kontrolü ve işleme alınması,
- Eğitim süreçlerinin planlanması,
- Bordro ve özlük takibinin yapılması, (evrakların güncel takibi, puantajların hazırlanması ve kontrolü, banka dosyalarının hazırlanması, vb.)
- Kariyer planlama ve organizasyonel gelişim planlamalarının takibi ve kontrolü,
- ISG, teknik eğitimler ve oryantasyon planlamalarının yapılması ve takibi,
- Şirket içi etkinlik ve organizasyonların planlanması ve takibi,
- Kurum içi bölümler arası İK taleplerinin işleme alınması,
- Yurtdışı holding raporlamalarının takibi,
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun (İşletme, Çalışma Ekonomisi, vb.)
- İyi derecede İngilizce diline hakim, (tercihen Almanca ilave olabilir.)
- İletişimi kuvvetli,
- Planlama ve zaman yönetimi konusunda tecrübeli,
- Analitik düşünme ve sonuç odaklı çalışma yeteneğine hakim,
- İstanbul Anadolu Yakası'nda ikamet eden,
