Business Analyst / Manual Tester

We are looking for a mid-level Business Analyst who will also be responsible for Manual Testing within our dynamic software team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for IoT, energy management, and smart city projects
• Analyze and interpret IoT time-series data
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Conduct meetings with clients and technical teams to clarify requirements
• Deliver clear and well-structured analysis documents to the development team
• Analyze product components such as dashboards, device management, and data workflows
• Detect anomalies, drops, and unusual patterns in sensor and device data, and report findings
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and product descriptions
• Perform manual testing of web pages related to analyzed features
• Create test scenarios, test steps, and test result reports
• Log and track issues using Jira
• Execute functional, UI/UX, validation, and regression tests before releases
• Continuously improve test quality, coverage, and process discipline

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Eager to learn and open to innovation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to take responsibility and work solution-oriented
• Strong documentation and analytical writing skills
• Experience in manual testing of web applications
• Interest in IoT, energy systems, smart city technologies, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
