We are seeking driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our expanding team and help shape the future of financial services and the crypto ecosystem.
As a Sales Executive at ARI10, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts across European markets. You will identify and engage potential enterprise clients, manage complex B2B sales cycles, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for fintech and a proven ability to close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue untapped market opportunities across European markets, making compelling first contact with potential enterprise clients.
- Enterprise Sales: Manage and close complex B2B deals with high-value clients, including financial institutions, leading e-commerce platforms, luxury brands, and blockchain companies.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deal Structuring: Craft detailed, personalized business cases that address specific client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous CRM practices (HubSpot), tracking opportunities from initial contact through to close.
- Market Intelligence: Assess lead quality based on LTV potential and market positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal progression.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and communicate pricing models that optimize both client value and company revenue.
- Sales Enablement: Continuously update sales collateral and materials to support team effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2-3 years successfully closing B2B enterprise deals on an international level.
- Deal Size Experience: Documented success closing deals in excess of €100K+ in tech, fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services industries.
- Executive Engagement: Demonstrated ability to approach and negotiate with C-level executives in both SMB and enterprise organizations.
- Independence & Initiative: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourcefulness in bringing creative solutions to challenges and viewing obstacles as growth opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding not just what makes a good deal now, but identifying opportunities that will evolve into exceptional partnerships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are highly valued.
- International Network: A broad enterprise network across European markets is a significant advantage.
- Industry Experience: Background in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of EU financial regulations, MiCA framework, or cross-border payment compliance.
