The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In the Ticket Operations Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Tracking incoming emails and entering required information into the system
  • Processing manifests and content-related emails in order to maintain workflow continuity
  • Solving user-reported issues and ensuring a timely and accurate resolution
  • Requesting guidance from internal teams when a customized response is needed
  • Answering incoming phone calls with clear, professional, and user-oriented communication
  • Supporting the operational flow to ensure high-quality and consistent user interactions
  • Bringing an interest in arts and culture to enhance the communication approach (preferred)


Key competencies

We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:


  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent diction
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work within structured processes
  • A responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • An interest or inclination toward arts and culture (preferred)


Additional notes

Preferably, you are comfortable with the following conditions:


  • Ability to work in a shift-based model, 5 days a week
  • Ability to start shortly after the hiring process is completed
