We are looking for a Sr. Full- Stack Developer for our company Piku, a Web3-based, open-access ecosystem for seamless minting and redeeming of USP tokens, with a dashboard displaying on-chain data. A DAO governance page to propose, vote, or view the management of USP tokens.

Responsibilities

• Frontend & Backend Web Development
• Understanding and interacting with blockchains
• Working with product designers
• Developing responsive designs for Desktop and Mobile applications
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs
• Testing and developing secure software
• Ability to write consistent, readable, and maintainable code as well as handle constructive feedback during code reviews
• Staying up to date with developments in web applications and programming languages

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in React Native development.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and experience with popular React Native libraries (e.g., Reanimated, React Query, React Navigation).
• Experience with related ecosystem frameworks such as NextJS and ExpressJS.
• A commitment to excellence and a desire to deliver innovative solutions that empower learners and educators.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies to help us move fast and deliver value.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the entire software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Fluent in English (Read, write, understand and communicate).
