The person in this position will have a crucial role in our organization, helping us implementing innovative solutions and supporting the existing infrastructure team in constant skills improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Leading role in infrastructure standardization
• Configuring and maintaining virtual environments
• Troubleshooting complex issues in cooperation with Tier1/2 teams and external support
• Providing guidance and consultancy for infrastructure related projects
• Ensuring the security and compliance of the virtual environments
• Constantly optimizing virtual environment
• Mentoring junior team members
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends to make recommendations for improvement

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 3+ years’ experience working as a Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge and strong hands on experience with WAN, LAN, routing (Fortinet, Cisco)
• Experience with network security (Firewalls, Proxy, IDS/IPS etc.)
• Experience with wireless controllers (Fortinet, Cisco)
• Familiar with virtualization and cloud services
• Understanding ITIL framework and service management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in writing technical documentation
• Familiar with scripting and automation tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in a global team
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• MS AZ-800/801 and/or VMware VCP certificate is a plus
