As a Network Engineer, you’ll significantly contribute to the reshaping of our network infrastructure. Your work will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and modernization of our infrastructure environment. Your engagement in network lifecycle area will support us to forefront technological advancements and deliver high-performance network solutions.
The job shall be hybrid, you can be employed in one of our locations - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Povazska Bystrica, Sofia and Bucharest.
Please note, that the role requires regular travelling, predominantly within EMEA region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your Daily Tasks Will Include
- Lifecycle Management ofnetwork equipment and ISP services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Development of equipment refresh plans by assessment ofexisting equipment and evaluation of new equipment options
- Process Optimization of network lifecycle management towards efficiency improvement, tasks automation and best practices implementation
- Vendor Management in the network area
- Collaboration with IT teams and participation in cross functional project initiative
- Maintaining documentation of equipment and service lifecycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Cisco and/ or Aruba components and tools.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN), familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
