We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with the following qualifications to work in the Sabancı University Digital Transformation Unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working with data and reporting environments,
• Experience using Power BI and working with with large database systems and DWH projects,
• Experience with agile development methodologies, knowledge of OLAP cube logic,
• Effective communication skills, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, and a strong team spirit.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Experience or demonstrated interest in the education sector is an advantage,

Job Description

• Maintain, test, and develop data reporting and analysis.
• Analyze and model data to be used in the Business Intelligence platform.
• Ensure compliance of developed work with Business Intelligence quality standards.
• Develop and test relevant ETL and ELT processes by analyzing the data model.
• Develop Decision Support Systems (reports, dashboards, algorithms, analytical solutions, etc.).
• Optimize database queries.
• Receive, prioritize, and create roadmaps for Business Intelligence requests.
• Conduct data and analytics training activities as required by the units.
