Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative and organizational support by managing the Line Manager’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, partnering with stakeholders on various events and engagements, always ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Organizes the Line Manager’s internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue coordination, logistics and any actions requiring follow ups.
  • Coordinates comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, itinerary, documentation, and contact lists.
  • Partners with stakeholders to organize corporate events and gatherings, managing logistics, communication, and task allocation.
  • Oversees additional daily administrative operations as per need, ensuring efficiency, proper workflow, and adherence to organizational procedures.
  • Maintains a professional and supportive office environment; closely follows up on pending matters and keeps the Line Manager updated.
  • Handles inquiries of various nature, including those involving confidential and sensitive information, with discretion and clarity.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships across the company and with external partners.
  • Working closely with the Executive Administrator.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web research tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Work Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, information, and time effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Experience engaging professionally with senior leaders, officials, VIP clients, and the general public is preferred.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Composed, patient, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to handle data, records, and resources efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and capable of working in fast-paced settings.
