Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with extensive experience building high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Flutter, mobile architecture, state management, API integrations, and production-ready app delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Build high-performance, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI components.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Lead mobile architecture decisions, state-management patterns, and reusability strategy.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Work closely with designers, backend teams, and product managers to deliver features.
• Optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and offline capability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve overall app reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate task estimations.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years building Flutter production apps.
• Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter SDK, and modern architectural patterns (Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod).
• Experience with iOS and Android release processes (App Store / Play Store).
• Hands-on experience with state management, animations, custom widgets, and Navigation 2.0.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and memory management.
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Git workflows and code-review processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Knowledge of clean architecture and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration).
• Understanding of app security, SSL pinning, secure storage, and best practices.
