Responsibilities And Duties
- Customer Journey Expertise: Analyze and deeply understand customer behavior and journeys post-booking to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved experiences.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop strategies to increase revenue through post-booking channels, including app and web platforms, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful features and solutions.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for post-booking channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Currently, post-booking touchpoints include web, CRM, mobile app and online check-in flow.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from data and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
- Agile Management: Act as the Product Manager in Agile Scrum ceremonies, managing the backlog and ensuring efficient delivery of features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and revenue drivers in post-booking contexts.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in defining and tracking metrics to guide decisions.
- Technically inclined with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Passionate about creating great customer experiences and driving business results.
- Nice-to-have: Airline experience
