Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UX design industry, with involvement in interaction design for medium to large-scale products. Experience in the Web3 industry is preferred.
• Strong theoretical knowledge in design and a keen eye for observing and summarizing trending design elements, with a strong self-driven pursuit of design quality.
• Possess product and interaction thinking, capable of participating in interaction flow design, with a solid understanding of business and the ability to integrate online and offline design effectively.
• Enthusiastic about work, with a global perspective and excellent proactive communication skills. Able to advocate for ideas efficiently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Forward-thinking about industry trends, with the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas study experience and prior work experience in large companies.
• Experience in the crypto field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with preference given to those with experience in user growth design, motion design, or visual design.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with product and business teams to balance business objectives and user experience goals.
• Excellent execution skills, capable of efficiently delivering design solutions across different directions.
• Fluent in both Chinese & English
