About the Role

We’re looking for a junior UI/UX designer to support a small SaaS client on ongoing product and marketing work. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn rough ideas into clean, production-ready designs and Framer builds.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, intuitive UI for web apps and marketing pages
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Build and iterate landing pages and simple sites in Framer
• Translate feedback quickly into design revisions
• Ensure designs are responsive and consistent with the existing brand
• Collaborate asynchronously and communicate progress clearly

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX or product designer
• Strong portfolio with web or SaaS product work
• Hands-on experience in Figma
• Uses Figma best practices: components, variants, auto-layout, shared styles, and design libraries (not just static frames)
• Hands-on experience in Framer (must be comfortable building pages end-to-end)
• Very detail oriented, with a strong eye for spacing, alignment, and visual consistency
• Understanding of UX fundamentals, hierarchy, and typography

Nice to Have

• Prior experience designing for SaaS products
• Basic knowledge of analytics or A/B testing
• Experience working with developers or no-code tools

Compensation

• Part-time contract role with flexible weekly hours. Compensation ranges between $15 and $25 per hour, based on experience, responsibilities and availability.
