Data Scientist

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ML model development, GPU optimization, and modern deep learning frameworks, along with solid engineering practices and infrastructure knowledge.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in applied science, ML engineering, or data science
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python
• Working knowledge of CUDA and CUDA kernel optimization
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Practical experience with distributed training (DDP, multi-node GPU training)
• Experience working with NVIDIA GPUs, model inference optimization, quantization, and performance profiling
• Ability to develop and maintain PyTorch bindings, extensions, and follow modern coding standards (SOLID, PEP8, modern C++ guidelines)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices

🔹 Infrastructure & Systems Experience

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and distributed job schedulers like SLURM
• Familiarity with EKS and cloud-native ML workflows
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and ML Ops workflows
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and vector databases such as Milvus
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ
