The Role - HR Coordinator (UAE based)

Rain is looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive HR Coordinator to support HR operations across all our locations. If you excel in fast-paced environments and love creating smooth employee experiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage onboarding & offboarding end-to-end
• Prepare contracts, offers, letters & maintain accurate HR records
• Update HRIS/Oracle, trackers, and support monthly reporting
• Validate & submit monthly payroll inputs
• Handle medical insurance onboarding/claims
• Coordinate UAE visa & PRO processes (DIFC, ADGM & more)
• Support employee queries, engagement activities, and office access/supplies
