Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team and bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our development workflows. This role will focus on guiding our engineering teams, tracking progress across multiple streams, keeping strict oversight of deadlines, and ensuring that every task is logged, updated, and delivered on schedule.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and all core Agile ceremonies

• Track progress across all developers and maintain clear documentation of tasks, blockers, and timelines

• Keep tight control of deadlines and flag risks before they impact delivery

• Generate daily progress reports that give leadership a clear snapshot of status and priorities

• Ensure strong communication and alignment across product, engineering, and design

• Maintain accurate updates in Jira or equivalent task management platforms

• Keep sprint boards, backlogs, and roadmaps organised and up to date

• Support continuous improvement and help the team enhance efficiency over time

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with medium to large development teams

• Strong hands on experience with platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar

• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile delivery

• Background in fast moving environments

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to maintain structure, manage deadlines, and keep teams accountable

• Someone proactive who can flag risks early and keep momentum high
