Location: Dubai (aviation sector)
Contract: 24 months
Are you passionate about digital transformation and customer experience? Adecco is looking for a Manager – Digital Project Delivery to join a leading organization in the aviation industry. This is a 24-month contract opportunity to drive innovative digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, cross-functional teams, and project milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment.
- Oversee UAT, risk management, vendor deliverables, and budget oversight.
- Continuously improve delivery methods, tools, and processes using data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 7–10 years overall experience, with 5–7 years in digital project delivery.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer) preferred.
- Experience in customer-focused industries such as aviation, travel, hospitality, retail, or technology.
- Technical knowledge of software, cloud, or data platforms, UX, mobile/web development, and digital analytics.

- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- MS Project, Miro, Figma
