Site Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Fieldwork and site management: Lead and oversee archaeological fieldwork, including site surveys and excavations. Ensure all activities are recorded precisely, as excavation is destructive.
• Research and analysis: Develop and implement research strategies and analyze artifacts and ecofacts to uncover insights about past civilizations.
• Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. This includes preparing reports and presentations of findings.
• Team leadership and training: Mentor and train junior archaeologists, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
