We are expanding our growth team and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager - Blockchain to scale our global client portfolio.


Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at o8m Labs, you will lead our global sales efforts across AI, blockchain, Web3, crypto, DeFi, fintech, and enterprise tech. You will work directly with founders, CTOs, enterprise leaders, and ecosystem partners to convert high-value deals and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads for AI, blockchain, Web3, and software development services.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, scoping, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build deep relationships with startups, enterprises, government organizations, VCs, accelerators, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and shape client-ready solutions.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Conduct research on LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, blockchain infra, ZK tech, cross-chain protocols, tokenization, and industry trends to position o8m Labs effectively.
  • Represent o8m Labs in client calls, virtual events, demos, and ecosystem engagements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets with consistent performance.


Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in business development, tech sales, SaaS/IT services sales, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in closing B2B tech deals; experience in AI/ML, Web3, blockchain, or software development is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of emerging tech — AI agents, LLMs, blockchain infrastructure, crypto ecosystems, DeFi, smart contracts, or enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow structured sales processes, and maintain disciplined follow-ups.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a global remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and pipeline management.
