Key Responsibilities
  • Buyer Origination & Qualification: Identify and engage verified Bitcoin buyers with the ability to transact at scale.
  • Seller Facilitation: Match credible buy-side entities with our mandated BTC sellers.
  • Transaction Structuring: Coordinate deal execution, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, confidentiality, and international regulatory integrity.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with digital asset managers, custodians, and institutional investment desks to secure long-term buy-side pipelines.
  • Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Integrate BTC deal opportunities into the Private Office Ventures ecosystem in alignment with broader digital asset and alternative investment mandates.


Candidate Profile

Transparency and credibility are paramount in this mandate.

Successful applicants will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, digital asset advisory, OTC trading, or private wealth management.
  • Proven capability to originate and close high-value BTC or commodity transactions.
  • Established connections with verified institutional BTC buyers, family offices, or crypto funds.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain custody, settlement protocols, and global compliance frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, cross-border communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, performance-driven mindset suited to success-based remuneration.


Compensation

This partnership operates exclusively on a success fee basis, offering a high-income upside proportionate to closed BTC transactions. High-performing partners gain priority access to recurring off-market mandates through one of the industry’s most active BTC placement networks.
