Role: Program Manager
Location: Hybrid | London
Contract Length: 6 - 12 months (possibility of extension/make perm)
Start Date: Feb 2026
Rate: Compensation to be agreed upon
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to run and scale marketing and community initiatives such as digital competitions, awards, events and campaigns. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with multiple teams, and help grow engagement across a broad audience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a calendar of community and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and deliver events, competitions, awards programs and digital campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to create content and engagement moments.
- Support community growth strategies using data and insights.
- Produce marketing content for social, newsletters, blogs and more.
- Use new tools and AI to improve processes and efficiency.
- Track performance and share insights to guide future programs.
- Support communication between community, product and marketing teams.
- Occasional evening calls with North American teams
Experience:
- 4+ years in marketing with experience across various digital tactics.
- Proven experience running digital marketing programs or events from start to finish.
- Strong organisation and project management skills; able to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them independently.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to create simple, effective marketing content.
- Data-driven mindset - able to review results and make recommendations.
- Essential tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Slack (or similar).
- Nice to have: Canva or Photoshop, AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot), willingness to try new technologies.
