Responsibilities And Duties
- Data-Driven Product Insights: Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and experimentation outcomes to uncover actionable insights that drive better product decisions.
- Experimentation Analysis: Design, execute, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing), providing clear explanations of why experiments succeed or fail. Use insights to refine hypotheses and improve future experiments.
- Visualization and Communication: Translate complex data into clear, visualized insights for product managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
- Customer Experience Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve experiences and drive growth.
- Support Product Teams: Act as a trusted advisor to product managers, helping them define better hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and make decisions informed by data.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and hypothesis development.
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with web technologies and web analytics with a good understanding of how web-based tracking data is generated and how to interpret it.
- Solid statistical foundation and ability to apply it to business problems.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, with an understanding of product development and customer experience design.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Nice-to-have: Airline or ecommerce experience
