We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer - Frontend [TAM] to join our innovative team at HelloFresh. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing scalable, accessible, and engaging user interfaces that empower internal teams and enhance customer experiences across multiple markets. You will take ownership of the architecture, design, and deployment of frontend solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and business intelligence professionals. About The Role

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on frontend development
- Extensive experience interfacing with backend APIs and microservices architectures
- Proven track record of building end-to-end platforms, including both backend and frontend components
- Minimum of 3 years deploying live applications using ReactJS or NodeJS
- Deep understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and observability
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, web crawlers, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience mentoring and supporting engineering teams through technical guidance and code reviews
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Bonus: Working knowledge of mobile app development with React Native
- Take full ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operational management of frontend solutions
- Implement modern development practices such as DevOps, pair programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
- Collaborate proactively with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver high-quality features
- Deeply understand HelloFresh’s core product architecture to act as an ambassador for software solutions, providing support and mentorship to colleagues
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes, code quality, and technical standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-team collaborations to ensure timely delivery of features
- Identify opportunities for technical innovation and process improvements to enhance product performance and reliability
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of solutions
- Support and guide junior engineers through technical challenges and professional development
