About the Team:
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the Finance employees on employee engagements and people operations matters.
Job Description:
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the Finance employees on employee engagements and people operations matters.
Job Description:
- Support new employees on their onboarding, welcome them upon arrival and conduct office tour and employee induction
- Coordinate and perform administrative duties in onboarding employees and ensure information is synced and aligned within the company
- Develop, execute and support a variety of internal engagement events from ideation to execution such as townhall, department-wide activities, etc.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver first class employee engagement events
- Contribute effective and creative solutions as the department designs a strategic and refreshing blueprint for engaging our employees
- Craft, edit, and prepare communication narratives and copywriting for internal communication channels (Emails, Websites, Engagement Collaterals, Corporate materials, etc)
- Assist in other engagements projects and support in tasks and projects for other HR verticals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR field
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Proactive and embodies a spirit of excellence with strong service attitude
- Creative thinker who strives for continuous improvement, innovation and quality
- Energetic, engaging with ability to motivate and inspire in a matrixed environment
- Passionate about people, culture, and events
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
