Job Title: Coordinator, Ticket Sales
Department: Ticket Sales & Operations

Position Summary: This position assists in all aspects of the ticket sales and customer service process. Responsibilities include maintaining the digital filing system, preparing and tracking License Agreements through DocuSign, and managing vendor and Theme Night contracts for the South Bay Lakers. The position also assists with season renewal efforts, provides administrative support to the VP and Directors, and contributes to special projects as needed.

Customer Service Responsibilities
- Manage the digital filing system by coordinating with sales representatives to record, file, and locate License Agreements and other documents using DocuSign.
- Collaborate with representatives to review License Agreements and prepare files for Department Head approval when new agreements are required.
- Partner with Department Heads to review and process all documents related to change-of-ownership requests.
- Support representatives with annual season renewal efforts and assist with payment processing for playoff accounts.
- Provide event support as needed for Season Ticket Member (STM) events.
- Verify Corporate Partner (CP) contracts and ticket banks within the CR system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage all filing – all renewal documents for STM (including invoices/payment plans, contracts, etc.)
- Draft and send out license agreements/contracts (using DocuSign)
- Pull all documents required by annual auditors and/or accounting department
- Work with the VP on the annual end-of-season document review and ensure proper filing and record maintenance.
- Return phone calls as needed and assist Department Heads in servicing client accounts to ensure timely support and satisfaction.
- Run weekly reports for review with VP on past due accounts for LAL and SBL
- Work with legal to process contracts for SBL vendors and theme night participants
- Work cross-functionally with all other departments on any issues related to ticketing
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Operations
- Responsibilities subject to change based on organizational needs and direction from management.
Previous Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in ticketing
- Experience with creating & editing contracts
- Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ticketmaster Archtics
- Dynamics (or related CRM platform)
- DocuSign
- A passion for the Lakers and general sports enthusiasm
- An honest, reliable leader with the ability to communicate with all levels within organization
- Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines
- Exercise a sensitivity to confidential information
- Demonstrates a patient and pleasant attitude when interacting with clients. .
- Possesses a strong commitment to exceeding service expectations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Location: El Segundo, CA, downtown Los Angeles (Crypto.com Arena for Laker home games), and other occasional off-site events
Travel: Less than 5% of the time
Hours: Regular office hours (9am- 5:30pm) plus some availability game days (both Lakers and South Bay Lakers).
The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and certifications. In addition to those factors, we consider the relative pay of our current employees in similar positions when making a final offer.
