This contract role offers the opportunity to enhance the digital presence of a fast-growing company serving thousands of small businesses across the country. As a UX/UI Designer, you will focus on refining the corporate website and creating high-converting landing pages that strengthen brand identity, improve user experience, and drive engagement. You will collaborate remotely with marketing and product teams, bringing your expertise to optimize visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and conversion-focused design. The role emphasizes practical, approachable design that resonates with small business audiences while maintaining brand consistency, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Accountabilities
- Enhance and optimize the corporate website, including content blocks, page layouts, and visual consistency.
- Design and implement new pages aligned with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Create high-impact landing pages that drive conversions for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all design work adheres to SEO, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate design into functional and effective web pages.
- Maintain a clean, modern aesthetic while balancing clarity, usability, and brand voice.
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on web design.
- Proven experience designing marketing websites, preferably for SaaS companies.
- Portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion-driven web design, including hero sections, storytelling, and social proof integration.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of WordPress and designing within CMS constraints.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, typography, visual hierarchy, and translating design to HTML/CSS.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work autonomously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience designing for SMB audiences and translating complex concepts into approachable visuals.
- Bonus: Familiarity with on-page SEO principles.
- 100% remote contract position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
