Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Type: 6month renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and support scheduled migration windows.
- Execute cabling schedules and perform accurate port mapping.
- Work with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, with strong understanding of their configurations and operations.
- Troubleshoot switch-related issues during preparation and migration phases.
- Collaborate with TAC (Technical Assistance Center) for escalations and issue resolution.
- Provide hands-on assistance to senior engineers throughout the migration lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering roles with similar responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus switches.
- Proficiency in cabling, port mapping, and switch troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting migration or deployment projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and TAC support.
- CCNA certification preferred
