About the job
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our fintech products. In this role, you will design user journeys that simplify complex financial processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and build trust with customers through clear, accessible interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Maintain a design system tailored to fintech needs, ensuring consistency across mobile and web platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and A/B experiments with Maze to validate financial workflows (e.g., onboarding, payments, transfers).
- Translate customer insights into design improvements that reduce friction and increase trust.
- Monitor user behavior with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Amplitude, and other analytics tools.
- Identify drop‑offs in critical flows (e.g., KYC verification, checkout, transaction completion) and propose UX solutions.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, security standards) and accessibility guidelines.
- Create transparent, user‑friendly error states and notifications to build confidence in financial transactions.
- Partner with product managers, developers, Marketing and compliance teams to align design solutions with business and regulatory goals.
- Deliver high‑quality assets across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in fintech, banking, or digital payments (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
- Experience with Maze or other tools for usability testing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design, accessibility, and fintech compliance requirements (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
