Project Description:

Join a design team supporting an exciting, forward-thinking initiative in the GrowthX world. As part of the Bid Management team, we develop high-impact presentations and documents that support opportunity tenders, client meetings, and key internal events. Our clients include leading banks and financial institutions, so our work requires a blend of modern creative design and strict adherence to corporate standards and professional communication.

Responsibilities:

Elevate PowerPoint presentations: refine existing slides, enhance visual storytelling, and ensure every deck aligns with corporate brand standards.

Build clear, compelling infographics: transform complex data into graphs and visuals that tell a meaningful story and make numbers easy to understand.

Formatting Word documents according to corporate standards.

Support the team creatively: produce icons, images, certificates, and other visual materials as needed.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Strong command of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Ability to create and style Excel-based charts, choose the right chart types, and apply visual-coding principles

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Basic knowledge of HTML

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, estimate workload, and meet deadlines responsibly

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (UI/UX Designer) - portfolio required

Experience in print layout

Knowledge of Flourish, Datawrapper or other infographic/visualization platforms

Languages:

English: B2 Upper Intermediate

Ukrainian: C2 Proficient
