Kyiv School of Economics is hiring a Head of Security

We’ve grown. Nearly 800 people. Seven locations across Kyiv – from academic hubs to a large new campus on Obolon, currently under reconstruction.

KSE is an open, complex, and fast-moving ecosystem. We aim to stay modern, accessible, and transparent – while being well-protected.

This is a new role. You’ll build the entire security function from scratch:

🔷 Physical security and facility protection

🔷 Cybersecurity and data protection

🔷 Internal and economic security

🔷 Liaison with law enforcement and government bodies

🔷 Risk, crisis, vendor, and budget management

The role is for someone who:

🔶 Has experience in both security services and international or corporate organizations

🔶 Knows how to build systems in large structures and in rapidly growing organizations

🔶 Can balance strict rules and discipline with the flexibility of an academic environment

📍 Primarily on-site, Kyiv

🌍 English – confident business level, both spoken and written

🎯 Reports directly to the CEO
