Requirements
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - from 0,5 year;
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices;
- AI content creation experience - junior level or more;
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail (English language - must have );
- Proficiency in working with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- A proactive and collaborative approach;
- Creative and positive thinking.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align social media efforts;
- Create and implement a content AI plan with creative visuals, posts, and video formats;
- Generate creative content and ideas;
- Making simple videos for social networks — reels, shorts, stories, etc.);
- Evaluating new trends and incorporating them into the videos;
- Track SMM activities, analyze achievements, and initiate ideas for performance improvement;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the WEB3 and Crypto industry;
- Intro call with a Recruiter — Interview with the Hiring team — Offer.
