Job Purpose

Job Description – S&F Officer (Stores & Finished Goods)

To ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient management of Stores & Finished Goods (S&F) operations, including inventory control, WMS implementation, stock accounting, SAP transactions, audit readiness, and adherence to safety and quality systems.

S&F Controls & Improvements

  • Ensure proper handover & takeover.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Daily reconciliation of physical vs SAP stock.
  • Ensure error-free loading & documentation.
  • Enforce SOP adherence.

SOP Adherence & Audits

  • Ensure SOP adherence in counting, documentation, loading.
  • Zero deviations in external & internal audits.
  • Drive closure of audit observations.

Inventory Management & Control

  • Zero FG write-off.
  • Review slow/non-moving FG fortnightly.
  • Drive CAPA actions to control slow-moving stock.

Stock Counting & Stock Matching

  • Zero deviation in FG stock counts.
  • Ensure error-free weekly/monthly stock counting.
  • Conduct weekly S&F audits and circulate reports.

SAP Transactions & Reporting

  • Timely dispatch invoicing in SAP.
  • Update vehicle details in SAP.
  • Daily update & circulation of production/dispatch report.

Timely & Accurate Dispatch Coordination

  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of Finished Goods.
  • Coordinate daily with Planning for dispatch schedule and load plan adherence.
  • Ensure dispatch documentation accuracy (gates, LR, invoices, vehicle seals, etc.).
  • Monitor vehicle turnaround time and escalate delays.
  • Ensure compliance with customer delivery requirements and dispatch KPIs.
  • Coordinate with logistics, QA, production, and security for smooth dispatch flow.

WMS Implementation

  • Lead WMS implementation in new S&F areas.
  • Ensure visual management and compliance as part of WMS rollout.

Safety

  • Conduct workplace safety inspections.
  • Ensure ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 compliance.
  • Report 17 Near Misses per month.
  • Drive Kaizens for improvements.
